Visited on 5/1/2013 - $338 Per 24 day. No Pre-payment or deposit. Care workers not employed by Griswald (Self Employed.) Pay 3/4 hourly rate directly to worker, they are responsible for taxes etc. 1/4 of the hourly rate paid directly to Griswald.Have filled out pre-admission paperwork. OK but I am a little hesitent about self-employed situation.
