I called Roosevelt trying to get information about my brother [name removed] who is receiving rehabilitation care at this facility. I could not get through to the nurses station so I reached out to the administrator [name removed] my concerns were met with Concern,Professionalism and empathy I address my concerns and he reassured me a nurse would call me back in a timely manner . Nurse manager [name removed] very pleasant very knowledgeable as to my brothers care called within 20 minutes she put my mined at ease and is arranging a call via FaceTime Thank you, [names removed] I am not familiar with Roosevelt Rehabilitation Center but they really address my concerns...
