It's awful. I think it has a 5 star rating so maybe compared to other nursing homes it's good. It was a demeaning experience, like a dorm room. It was undignified with things like her catheter is leaking all over the ground and nobody is checking this. It was a very depressing place to be. There were some miscommunications with the nursing staff. It was awful and I guess it's one of the better ones in town. There were some good things but we had a lot of issues with them including them not being respectful to my mom.
