I was not impressed

I was not happy with this skilled nursing center. They do not have good communication within the community. They offer transportation to the residents, however when my loved one needed a ride to an appointment they used a public service. They dropped her off and left her in the lobby by herself. They did not measure her for her wheelchair as requested so she received one that was to large. I was able to correct his situation. They gave her medication that was for her roommate. There are nice people working her, unfortunately the senior administration are terrible.
