Fundamental - Bell Tower Health and Rehab

The admissions process was good and the staff is friendly.

The room is very nice and adequate for my loved one there. The staff are all very pleasant and help the residents as quickly as they can.

I believe my loved one was getting good care and some employees were great and some were average.

The stay BellTower Health has been okay. The staff has been friendly, however, I do think the response time for the call light time can be better.

It is good for my loved one.

Everything has been fine. The only thing my loved one said, is that it takes a long time for someone to come in and assist her to get her up to use the restroom.

It hadn't been very good for the first few days I was here, but it's been better the last few days.

My dad has been here a few times and we were very impressed with them. If my mom needed help, I would want her there. The staff was very hospitable. The nurses were aware and alert. They were kind, welcoming and on top of things. He was there for respite care previously and they were pretty outstanding. There was an aide who is extremely compassionate, kind and gentle. He had rehab therapy there his first stay and the therapists were good to him. My dad was in a lot of pain all of the time and it was useful and helpful for him. The administration was kind, helpful and understanding and it went smoothly. It was one big happy family and they welcomed us well when we walked in the door with a great vibe.

The physical therapy was good. They took good care of my loved one. He was kept clean and his bed was made. He ate well! He's really picky and had to order some alternative meals on occasion. The only thing I really have a complaint about was the facility doctor.

I would absolutely recommend the facility. There have been so many friendly, helpful staff members so far. I would like to mention the admissions director, my father's doctor, and the therapists. They even have a very helpful kitchen staff. Honestly, we have had other facility experiences, and this has been so different. The staff has been absolutely great. They have been so accommodating to feed my father. They have done such a close job to telling me everything. They answer all of my questions.

It is very good with OT and PT both. The therapy is very good. I walk up and down the hall. I enjoyed the mass with the priest. A majority of the nurses are good. So far, it is very clean. Every day they have the chronicle and menu for the day. There was a nutritionist who took some information on my dietary needs. The meals are okay, but I would like more fruit. There is one aide who was not friendly, but the LPN said that if it happens again, I do not have to have her help me.

I have been there three times and they are excellent. One nurse has been one of my nurses every time I have been there. She is excellent and concerned about the patient. I would adopt her if I could. The place is always clean. They have really good meals. Both my wife and I have recommended it. All you have to do is ask and they tell me.

It has gone well.

The overall care has been good. My mother really seems to be pleased with the therapy, all the memory stuff and movement stuff. Sometimes the food isn't the best and they did lose a pair of her pants. They let her go four days without a medication. They should have let me know that they had trouble getting it in.

We are having some issues.

The CNAs and aides are great. They do keep it clean. Some meals are not as good as others. Sometimes they give his meds at the right time and sometimes not. When we had our first meeting, things did not go through. They do not come to me and inform me of anything. If I go ask, I can get a little information, but that does not mean it will be carried through. The word did not get to them that he was to walk.

It was great overall. A lot of people didn't like the meals.

The nurses are top notch. The whole staff is good.

My loved one is doing well in therapy. He likes the food. I am disappointed they are not cutting his food for him.

I thought it was great. I didn't have any complaints. They tried to accommodate and meet my loved one's needs. She really thought highly of her physical therapist. She just loved him! The nurses did a great job. One person in administration was outstanding. He did a terrific job of making sure she had what she needed. They did great at communicating with us! She had some issues with the meals. She wanted more fresh fruit and vegetables.
