DO NOT BRING FAMILY HERE

Please DO NOT bring your family members here. Staff is making their reviews five stars to make it seem like this place is okay, when in reality it’s not. My grandmother was discharged after 2 days & we had to pay to send her here. She was sent here without family approval. Staff was treating her for dementia, when she had a surgery for removal of a brain tumor. My grandmother recalls the rooms as extremely unhygienic. When other patients would defecate, the staff didn’t clean the room. Meals were extremely small & tasted terrible. She was given soiled hospital gowns. She was given a vaccine without informing her and us what it was. Staff didn’t explain discharge goals & treatment after discharge. Being explained five seconds is NOT an explanation. Staff also didn’t send referrals for therapy on time, nor did they send medications to pharmacy. A patient that takes insulin shouldn’t have to wait so long on their medications.
