Have friends there. Hallways always stink & are dirty. Mgr, Maint & social worker play favorites & are lazy. Mgr/Maint speak bad about tenants. Some tenants have waited a yr for repairs to be completed then gave up waiting. Complaints to Corp office ignored. Tenants have to clean laundry room at their expense & empty trash there & outside & sweep walks for tenant safety. Potential tenants get one smell before entering lobby then turn around & leave.. They and tenants families, friends & visitors refer to Mgt & owner (Nat'l Church Residences) as slum lords. Can't rate minus stars

Moved out late Autumn. Dirty and stinks inside bldg. Mgt is liar and lazy. She plays favorites with tenants who kiss her butt or do some of her work. Maint is also lazy. Some of the ladies there think he's creepy. Stay away from any place owned by National Church Residences. Cannot give enough zeros about that nasty place or worthless stacf.

We move out early Fall. Can't rate with minus 10 zeros. Staff there super lazy, Mgt lies. Tenants live in fear of Mgr and eviction if they complain.Last reviewer told truth. Bldg dirty and stinks. Complaints to corp office are ignored. Mgt plays favorits with tenants.. STAY AWAY from this place. National Church Residences is only a name and has nothing to do with any church.

Summer 2020 - Niece typed this so no bad words used. No way to rate with ZEROs. In yrs past was good place, now AVOID it! Mgr can't speak truth. Maint is super lazy wont do repairs. Inside of Bldg is dirty/stinks. Whole bldg & apts stink day/night of cigarette smoke. Lease says NO SMOKING on entire property & it's ignored. Mgr and Maint both smoke on property & in bldg. Pre Covid Mgr kept everything locked, tenants couldnt use anything but outside picnic tables. Mgr, new Asst Mgr & Maint have talked about tenants/called them names with office door open if they complain or want repairs. Tenant stooges for Mgr run building and try boss/intimidate some tenants. Mgr puts written complaints into paper shredder so problems disappear. Mgr tells tenants to NOT call corporate office to complain. Corp office WONT do anything to help. I have finally moved out, thank God.
