I'd say it was fine. Some of the girls weren't trained as well in moving an elderly person who doesn't help. She was sent to ER once. We were not notified 911 was called. Also [name removed] had to help to transport her back into house when she was sent home. She asked but no one came.... Read more

They help with everything! [Name removed] is amazing. Everything was great. I would rate staff/our caregiver at a 10 if I could!
