Was not happy. My mom is 94. Sent a 20 yr old that had absolutely no experience. She barely did her job. Would catch her on her phone while my mom was showering. Interfered with personal and financial issues. Asked not to discuss with my mom. She would turn around and do it anyway. Then lie about it. I could hear from other room. I live with my mother and I am her main caregiver. This girl acted like I didn't have any rights or say so in the care of my mom. So, with that said be careful & interview if possible.

A pretty good experience

It has been a pretty good experience with the FirstLight HomeCare of the Valley. They were very friendly. They took good care of my father. They are doing such a good job. The caregivers come to my home to take care of my dad. Everything has been going good. The value is excellent for the services that you are getting. The caregivers have just been very nice and helpful. I would recommend this agency.
