HIGH Rent Hike

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! They were supposed to be ‘rent controlled’, but are anything but. My rent has been hiked way up, and I can understand inflation, but this is criminal for seniors living on a fixed income. I’m livid!!!!

Rents keep going up

What advertises itself as a reasonably- priced senior community with income restrictions, the Evergreen at Plano’s rents keep going up substantially with every lease renewal. Sometimes as much as $75.00 a month. A one bedroom, 700 sq ft, apartment is over a [amount removed] a month. Not for those on a small, fixed income.

Great place to live if you can handle the Noise

Very reasonably priced. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I would rate this complex a 5 except the noise level between floors is terrible. The floors squeak and creak . . . I can hear my neighbor above me whenever she walks in her apartment. They offer a wide variety of activities for everyone.

I like this place. It is really reasonably priced too.

I like this place. It is really reasonably priced too. I have my name on the waiting list, and it was a plus that there was no deposit to get on the waiting list.

I liked this, and it was in my price range.

I liked this, and it was in my price range. However there was a waiting list, and they wanted a deposit to get on the list, and I just couldn't do that.

Looked very nice online.

We did not have a chance to tour this one, only online as it was above what my parents were able to spend. But, we do know someone that has moved there this year and loves the place.
