Horrible

This place is horrible. Wouldn't send my dog there. Brother fell out of bed left lying on the floor. Meds were not given. No communication or response from staff. Dirty, smelly, residence sitting in hallways .I could go on and on. Don't send anyone you care about there.

Terrible place

Visited my love one this week for the first time. Staff at this place is very unprofessional. They were on their personal phones faces timing the whole time I was there. Braiding each others hair in the hallway or they all would disappear to their break room at the same time. If a question was asked it was never answered (get the run around)or they didn't know. The cleanliness of the place is terrible. I had to clean the side of the room my love one resides in. Trash under the bed, all the waste baskets filled to the rim. Mouse feces all over the room and even on the beds. My love one has stated that you ring the bell to get a nurse and they dont come for hours. When They do tell you they’ll be back and never do. They have the patiences sitting in their own mess for hours. If you complain to them about anything or anyone the worse they make it for you there. PLS DONT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE HERE !! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE !!

The nurses are the greatest! They wash my loved one's clothes and he is not complaining. He said the meals are okay.

Frequently Asked Questions about Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

A Place for Mom has scored Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
