Response from Elderly Caregivers LLC
October 30, 2024Thank you for the lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure working with your family to provide care assistance on behalf of your mother.
The owners are great. The aids are not companions. They are have to be told lots of things that should be second nature. I would recommend depending on the person needing aid. If not too much attention, yes I would. If they need a lot then no.

Response from Elderly Caregivers LLC
July 19, 2024It is unfortunate that this reviewer chose to remain anonymous, and we can't reach out to address any issues. We pride ourselves on communication with our clients and their families and don't ever expect a client to stay in a situation where they feel that they are getting less than a five-star experience. Occasionally despite best efforts and depending on many factors the first fit is not the best fit, but we would never not fix an issue on behalf of a client.
