The CNA's were great they were friendly, and my loved one really loved the caregivers.

The CNA's were great they were friendly, and my loved one really loved the caregivers. They were not set up for dementia care or Alzheimers care. There was a lot of falling and I feel like they overmedicated. The hospital would tell us to cut back on the medications but I could never get anyone to do it. Their solutions to the falling didn't seem appropriate to me and I am not sure they were even legal. If you are dealing with a broken hip or something then they would be fine, but for dementia or Alzheimers they have no special training.
