Everybody is respectful and attentive to my loved one's needs. Her aide has been very good with her. They need more communication, especially during the skilled nursing part of it. More communication as far as if she's meeting her goals, or if she's participating in her treatment.

Everyone has been very friendly and has tried to be accommodating. Everything is still new and we are still transitioning, but overall it has been okay. There have been some information errors but after we addressed them everything seems to be working out. The meals have been fine.

I think the rehab is great and for it being an old facility, I think it's very clean. They have had some mess ups over the weekend and my loved one wasn't given his pain meds on time. We had a conference this morning, and I am hoping things will improve.

The facility is okay. My loved one likes the rehab therapy and I am happy with it. He needs help eating and the staff is not helping him eat. His room is very cold.

Lately the experience has been better. They have a new director of nursing and it's a lot better now. They call me when something happens or if they have to take my loved one to the hospital.

It is old and there have been a few issues with cell phone reception and they do not have phones in the room. My loved one really likes the therapy and the staff is fine. We are having issues with the meals but the communication has been good.
