We are very pleased with this home care agency and everything they have done for us. This home care agency is very good at what they do, and they have great rates compared to the other agencies we looked into. We have had the same 2 caregivers and they are wonderful. We did have a problem with one of the caregivers, but they quickly addressed our concern and fixed the problem. They help with cooking and cleaning and I feel they are caring and helping her out very well. This agency has provided very fine care and I would recommend it.... Read more

We like the care that we are getting in the home from this get in home care service. The staff is friendly and caring. We were able to get a care take to assist us with getting someone for the needs required. We like knowing that there is someone to help when needed. We would recommend the service and the care for others needing good in home care for a loved one.

This agencies primary goal for my mom is serving as a driver. So far its been working out well. If we need more than that in the future we may utilize their services we may not. I'm still trying to decide.

Our experience with Synergy Home Care was very brief, but very good. They were very calm and courteous in the introductory meeting, and when we cancelled the service (because my dad was convinced he did not need it.)

You have to allow time to get the right caregiver match. The first person they sent was such a poor match. She was friendly enough but she just didn't want to work. She didn't understand that mom had incontinence issues and things like that to deal with. She was one of these gals that was used to making sure they take their medications and maybe washing dishes but she wasn't into helping with laundry or vacuuming or incontinence. After that, Sarah, the next girl, has been great. She works hard when she's here. When they do have some down time she tries to get her to exercise a little bit. She works well with her and mom seems to like her. She had a hard time letting somebody come into the house to begin with but she's okay.
The main care giver is great and very friendly there is a couple of care givers that are young and more on the quiet side but that is not a big deal. These type of services are on the expensive side but Synergy prices are comparable to other companies that provide the same services. Everything has been going great with Synergy.
