Good Caregivers Reasonable price, but...

The caregivers that were placed at my mom's house were very nice and caring people. The always treated my mom nice and with respect. And although the person in charge or the coordinator portrayed herself as someone who cared most about my mom's wellbeing, she was always in the business of selling more time and reading between the lines, was most concerned about the money. I guess that's just the way it is with any business, but just don't pretend to care. It makes it worse when your true intentions and concerns are reviled.

pretty good

Denpta Home Care was pretty good. We used them a little but ended up going with another provider as we found that Denpta Home Care had certain packages that were not suited specifically to meet our needs, and we found another that was more flexible that has worked out for us. For someone else though that needs what they offer they might be a perfect fit.
