Courageous Home Care is doing a great job coming to our home and helping out my mom with her personal care needs. I had a positive feeling the first time I met with the people at Courageous Home Care. The caregiver for my mom provides good companionship and my mom feels safe and secure with her help. My dad feels comfortable enough to leave her in the caregiver's hands when he goes out to do errands. The caregiver presents herself very well with a positive and friendly attitude. She represents herself and the company well by her clean appearance, and we feel she is knowledgeable about the care she is giving. I would highly recommend Courageous Home Care to friends and family.... Read more

WARNING...If you or a loved one is looking for in home care, stay away from this place! They don't care about the patients, only the money they can get out of them or the state. The so called managers, don't know what they are doing, they themselves are combative and will argue will sick patients. They will send workers to patients homes that they know have covid, allowing them to get sick as well as other patients they visit. [name removed] one of the manager came to my home since so many staff members left, to help me, she broke things, used floor stripper on my hard wood floors, when i mentioned it, she started yelling at me and refused to leave, I had to call the Police to get her out of my home! I have tried to reach out to the owner, but she could care less and will not return my calls. So PLEASE BEWARE of this place and the staff.

I thought this would be a good agency to help with my disabled family member. Turns out they are not a honest forthcoming agency. After talking in depth with the office manager, [Name removed] we came to an agreement of what the needs of my family member are. Over a year later, everything changed they made decisions without contacting me the guardian, which was very upsetting not only to me but my family member who has a mental condition which makes it very hard for her to understand or deal with change. Especially when it comes out of left field. They have shown me that money is more important than the client. Their are very poor in communicating with the POA (guardians)Beware of promises,(agreements) made with [name removed], they will be broken!!????
