My mom lived here for a few years on the assisted living side. Nurse's aides were lazy, and you would see them quite often doing nothing but sitting around talking. Had 4 instances where my Mom was sent to the emergency room for acting "strange". The hospital just sent her right back, because they observed nothing wrong with her. Facility is located right behind ACMC where she was taken. Instead of calling me to take her, they called Community Care (which was $150 each time after insurance). Now that she has moved, we are having problems with them still debiting her account. This has caused my mom's account to be withdrawn and a NSF charge, yet they seem to be in no hurry to rectify the situation or return your calls even though i have told them i need this money to pay the rent for where she is currently living. If i were you, i would look somewhere else.
