Country Care

My grandparents loved their stay at Country Care! They have a warm homey environment and caring staff. The price was affordable and the quality of care was excellent. We loved visiting and participating in the fun holiday activities they held for the residents and their families. You could see the absolute joy on my grandma’s face to have her grandchildren and their families there to celebrate with her. Country Care does a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them!

Country Care has a wonderful, caring staff. They took wonderful care of my grandmother when she was there. And it’s been recently renovated and is open and airy. Plus, it’s much more affordable than other places. Highly Recommend!

Country Care is the perfect mix of reasonable cost and personalized care. Definitely not an institutional feel - very homey and friendly. Very welcoming staff and a friendly atmosphere where residents have a nice mix of activities, social stimulation, and privacy.

They took great care of my grandparents. They really enjoyed it there. It feels so homey and comfortable. They have recently done a beautiful renovation. I would recommend this place for anyone.

I am so grateful to for the Country Care assisted living facility in Farmington, Utah. Both of my grandparents lived here for years, and I was always impressed by the quality of care provided by the staff every time we visited. The caregivers are kind, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are happy and comfortable. They are attentive to the needs of each resident and provide personalized care that is tailored to their specific needs. I am also impressed by the low cost of this assisted living facility. Despite offering top-notch care, the prices are very reasonable and affordable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Country Care assisted living facility and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of assisted living care. The combination of quality care and low cost make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to call home.

Love this place!! My grandma and grandpa lived there for four years and six years respectively. We love the care and attention they got, the sweet, cozy, homey atmosphere, and all the wonderful variety of activities that were provided here. The administrator was so incredibly kind and attentive with the residents and family members, and the staff was so willing to help in any way they could and make the residents feel at home. It was well-kept and clean and a very friendly place. They even had activities for the grandkids of the residents throughout the year that were so much fun for the grandparents and family alike. Definitely recommend this assisted living facility to others all the time!

My great-grandparents were here for many years and we had such a positive experience. I have fond memories visiting them while they were there. It was always so clean, so well-kept, everyone was so friendly and kind. Truly, a wonderful place!! I would recommend it to anyone.

My Father-in-Law lost his ability to communicate effectively the last 5 years of his life, so the family moved him into Country Care. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER!! The staff of Country Care took him in with love and attention, were wonderful in taking care of his special needs, and cared for and fed him really well - which he just loved!! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My father needed some assistance as he got older and my mother wasn’t able to provide what he needed. He found a warm and home-like atmosphere at Country Care, and was delighted when my mother decided to join him there. They both received excellent and personalized care from the staff there, were provided nutritious meals and enjoyed the daily activities. When my father passed away my mother chose to stay at Country Care rather than move in with us, as she enjoyed it there so much!

You can’t get the same kind of personalized and loving care at larger homes. We were so happy that our Dad could be there and receive the attention and care that made him happy and content. It was the closest thing to being in his own home.

My mother spent almost 5 years living at Country Care. She appreciated the staff and their willingness to help her when needed, she enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and food, and felt the cost was very affordable.

My grandparents lived at Country Care Assisted Living for several years. They were treated with kindness, concern, and great care. The home-like setup is wonderful, and it truly feels like a home unlike so many other places that feel like a hospital. They had many great activities, and regularly welcome the family members of the residents to enjoy joint activities. I highly recommend Country Care to anyone looking for a cozy, home-like atmosphere for their loved ones.

I am not sure what all the other poor reviews are talking about! Country Care charges the lowest prices compared to any facility out there and provides MORE services and amenities and genuine care than the rest. My great-grandma stayed here for years and bounced around facilities and by far liked her stay at Country Care the best. The owner is very caring and understanding to all his residents and employees, and is such a great people person and connector. With the modified procedures, meals, and remodeled living space, Country Care is incredible! I love how family friendly the facility is and how open the living space is for all the residents to mingle and spend time with one another. No resident will EVER be left alone to themselves, unless that is what they want. I love the events that are put on like the annual Easter egg hunt and Halloween trick or treating for residents and family members alike to enjoy. All in all, I can’t say anything negative about Country Care!

I would give 1000 stars if possible! Best place to take your loved ones!

The owner of this place is a crooked man. He will tell you what you want to hear only to go back on his word the second things might become inconvenient for him. He doesn't treat his employees properly and barely meets standards for health code. Please find somewhere else to take your loved ones.

The tour here was good and helpful They answered all of my questions. It is a very small community and it feels like home. Initially I thought my mom wouldn't like the more intimate atmosphere but now I think this might be a better fit for her.

Don't let the looks of this place fool you if you look close you will find the owner is dishonest and manipulative.Things are not fixed when they're broken in a timely manner.The administrator is just a basic CNA with no official training she is in inmature ,deceitful and vindictive.The staff is passing medications when they are barely even trained to take care of an elderly person. Please take the time to investigate and look around before you place your lovef one here there are other places that are much better.

I would like to say this is by far the worst place in davis county to place family. They will over charge you and under care for your loved one. Ask about theIr nutrItIon. Ask about the aIdes and theIr qualIfIcatIons to care for your famIly. The food they serve is cheap and disgusting lots of boxed and processed items. The owner is manipulative with potential clients and neglectful to the needs of the seniors living there. You want to know that a facility will be caring and knowledgeable. He avoided my concerns and the concerns of others whenever he got the chance. The supervisor is just another aide with no credentials as you will find she is Immature extremely rude, unapproacable and lacks empathy for residents. Please don't let the aesthetics of this place fool you as it did me! They will take as much from your family and they get low quality service in return. The fault is result of unethical management and exploitation of the rundown aides.
