Families need to have a good list of what is needed when they look for care. Make sure they get all their questions answered if they can do these things by the agency before hiring. Things like driving the patient around is important to inquire about. Some will only take them so far. Cornerstone is one of them, I found out after the fact. Cornerstone has some nice people at the agency and caregivers. However, the communication needs to be a little better.
