If you have your heart set on aging in place in the comfort of your own home, but need some assistance to remain independent, consider Continued Care. We are a nurse-owned home care business proudly serving Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Durham, and the surrounding areas in North Carolina.
Whether you need long-term or respite care, we will help you achieve a high quality of life with our goal-oriented care services. We accept Medicaid as well as private insurance.
We’ll begin with an in-home assessment conducted by a registered nurse, to make sure you get the care you need. Our personal care services include help with common activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and dressing. We can give you medication reminders and help out with light housework, including running errands for you. We have certified nursing assistants who can help you accomplish these tasks, so you can continue your daily routines without difficulty.
