I think it varies per person but I'm not the person getting the care so I can't say for sure. They were very thorough and responsive if we were not happy with a match up. They're quick to resolve any issues if there are any.
We were really happy with them. It was the first time we ever needed anybody to do this kind of care and they were just right on the money. We weren't disappointed with anything - the people, the sercive - anything.
