I just want to begin and say that the entire facility staff were just amazing...from the front desk concierge, administration team to the maintenance crew, l couldn't have asked a more pleasant experience for my sweet ol Dad. He came in as a temporary rehab patient and was there for exactly 2 weeks! The entire PT/OT crew were amazing and so kind to my Dad and happily to report, he is at almost 100% walking and driving as before. I especially want to thank the entire NP/NA crew who took care of my Dad and his needs on a level that l just couldn't even complain about.....I was personally there most days and afternoons, so l can honestly say, there is kindness and dignity given to their residents, and l am grateful to that facility for being this way toward our beloved seniors..Thank you Colonial Peeps!!
