The facility we chose was just opening, so it is difficult to comment. It was a beautiful facility but at start up minimal staff. My friend only spent a week there before needing g hospice.

We really liked all of the care givers that came out to help our loved one. Our loved one does not require as much care and the one thing that I wished was that there was a difference in the rate so that if there is not as much being done there is a lower price instead of the high rates that are required. We were in a bind and there was a time crunch and they responded and helped us out but it would have been nicer to have a lower rate.

My dad was pleased with the care, but in the end it did not work out. They sent out 2 workers who took other jobs and so they had no staff to fill the role. The manager said he could not find anyone who wanted to work with a small dog. We also pre-paid for weekly care, and at the end of the day we were supposed to settle up and my phone calls were never returned, and I still have not seen that money that I am owed. I would not recommend based off of our experience with them.

I was very satisfied with Classic Home. One of the few agencies that actually calls you right back even if you don't leave a message. I liked the young lady they sent and was very happy with all the services they provided. I would use them again if needed and will recommend them to others. [Name removed]

[Name removed] reached out to me immediately and found the perfect caregiver for my mom. Mom’s Caregiver quickly bonded with mom on Day 1 and has given my dad and I so much peace of mind that mom will be taken care of and be safe. Our primary concern is my mom’s safety and having the same dependable caregiver. I would highly recommend Classic Home Care to family and friends.
