The owner came the first day. We went over policies and expectations. We decided Care Team is what we were looking for. Our caregiver is very sweet and very self motivated. Mom loves her. She keeps busy, and communicates through a binder she leaves, including lists of supplies she needs to care for Mom. Mom is currently at a local nursing home. If you can afford Careteam, they are very good. Some of the services they offered were housekeeping, and socialization for myself. The caregiver was professional and very prompt in coming to assist me.
