The majority of staff were great WHEN they showed up. I had negative experience in that there were multiple issues with last minute schedule changes and no coverage. I understand scheduling issues, however these were not communicated to me in a timely manner, and in fact more than once not communicated at all. That is unacceptable when trying to ensure 24/7 care for an elderly family member.
