My score is only based on the four caregivers that worked for us. I found four very good caregivers from this company. I stuck to these caregivers. Care Advantage overworks their employees. The girls that would come would work over 36 hours a week. I was left by myself at least one night a week. There was a caregiver who would fall asleep on the job, would lie about medication being given. There were times that this staff member would go out and smoke and leave my loved one alone.
