California Seniors Care are really the best I've dealt with. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the right caregiver. California Seniors Care was easy to reach. They came out and put together services in 24 hours for my family. Everything was explained and the care staff have been a tremendous help for all of us now learning about in-home care. I would highly recommend to others looking for care and for help with understanding the process of it all.

CSC provides exceptional care and goes above and beyond to serve their clients. I am very satisfied with the services and work California Seniors Care does to keep seniors living longer and independently in their homes. It’s a tough job but they are there 24/7 to offer it. Whether it’s 24/7 care required straight from the hospital or a knee replacement rehab , or just an extra set of eyes on a loved one because they are starting to decline. CSC provides it. Definitely recommend them.

Do not use California senior Care for your loved ones, unless you are prepared to pay for 24-hour care for the duration of your recovery. My dad paid 100% of the cost for his care, which was $750 per day, over $5,000 per week. He was going to step down his care as he improved, go to 12-hour care, 8-hour care, and so on and so forth til he would not need care anymore, this was agreed upon when I signed the contract for my father's care. After 2 weeks, we asked to go from 24-hour care to 12-hour care (still incredibly expensive)but their representative told my parents and I, "you can't change to less than 24-hour care without a Dr. note." This was totally unacceptable and very poor business practice because they don't provide skilled nursing or medical care. Staff threatened to remove the caregivers if we didn't like the policy. Out of fear my father paid for 5 more full days. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau for poor business practices and elder abuse.

Easy to work for. We have tried other agencies and this one is the best so far. The caregivers are nurturing and professional and the company is dependable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to others looking for care.
