I would tell a friend that Brightstar was great to work with. The upper management really cared about helping me find good help for my mom. The staff are professional and followed the needs of my mom. The only issue was that my mom needed a slightly higher level of care than the staff was allowed to provide. I only had 2 recommendations and the other place flat out said they couldn't help.
