Don’t use BrightStar of Denton for Home Healthcare: Rude and unprofessional communication with patients. Not responsive. Will cancel your appointment without notice. Will not arrange times to meet. Will not call prior to arriving or beginning services. Their nurse lectured me and talked at me for fifteen minutes on the phone for things that were completely out of my control. Her tone was rude. When she asked questions, she was demanding. Their administration provides the same level of communication with their patients: lacking compassion, lacking communication at all, and disrespectful to the patient. They do not care about helping people - they care about themselves. They will literally degrade you on the phone - all of them. And then get angry when you respond and stand up for yourself.
