NEVER KNOW FROM ONE WEEK TO THE NEXT IF I HAVE SOMEONE FROM BRIGHT STAR TO COME. NEVER CALL AND CHECK WITH ME TO SEE IF THINGS ARE GOING WELL WITH THEIR PROVIDED SERVICES. THE PEOPLE THEY DO SEND ARE VERY HELPFULL AND POLITE.
The first individual they send over we had issues with but once we talked to Brightstar they were very accommodating and ensured they did their best to find a better fit. One of the managers that I talked to presented a very good case for their company and was able to sell me on it, and I am a hard person to sell. We are pleased with the services they have been able to provide. My favorite thing about Brightstar is that they have a very open line of communication.
We picked BrightStar because they met all the criteria we were looking for. Their staff is really friendly and helpful. They are very responsive when we need them to call back or when we call them. Overall we are happy with BrightStar and would recommend them to anyone.
