My loved one only was there for about a week but it ended up being a good place for him. He used the therapy services while he was here and he said those were good. I have nothing I could offer in terms of room for improvement for them. I have nothing against the facility.

It is a nice place and it is clean. They are friendly. My loved one likes their rehab.

My husband says that so far he has had a couple of great nurses that really take care of him.

As far as I can tell you, the place is very clean and the people there were on top of keeping up with his care including giving him baths and changing him. I would recommend them to a friend.

This is a good place so far, even though it's a small place. The positive stuff that I have to say is that they seem to work well with my loved one with her condition. I know it could improve because sometimes I see the nurses playing around on their on the phone instead of tending to their patients.

It is basic and not extraordinary. The staff waited awhile to give me a plan or update. It was a week before I got a care plan but my loved one was out sick. It is immaculately clean.

For the most part, whoever is in charge of the nurses is amazing. A few other employees were good at taking care of my mom. I don't live nearby and I had to drive 13 hours to check on my mother because she had problems with a staff member who was cursing her out and wasn't too nice to her.

The nursing facility is nice and the staff is nice. It seemed like they bent over backward to help my mom but when it came to medical needs it was terrible.

My loved one loves it so far! She's doing her therapy three or four times a day. She said everything she is served is good. I tried to get a hold of the case manager about some medical equipment questions and I haven't heard from them.

My wife was very happy with the people she worked with and the progress she made. I think she was very happy with everyone there, and she was sad that she had to go to another place. She wanted to stay there. The cleanliness was very nice and smelled cleaned. My wife enjoyed all her meals. I would have liked to have her had better access to the phones.

The occupational therapist is really positive. They've been very friendly and helpful. It's been fine. If I ask I get answers, but I have to ask. The nursing care seems to be good, no problem with that.

My father has just been well taken care of. The rehab therapists have been pushing him, which is really good. There is a lady over the weekend who takes care of my father, she is really great. The cleanliness could be better. I work for a janitorial company, so I pay attention to everything. We had an issue with the food. They had his diet mixed up, but that's been taken care of. They've been good with communication so far.

They have done a great job with my mother. She seems to be doing fine with the therapy and I know that she is progressing. There have been a couple of issues with her diet. The meals have been great I just don't think some of the kitchen staff knows my mother's diet needs. I ask questions and the nurses tell me she is doing fine or the information I have asked. When it comes to the doctor, I am not even sure he knows who my mother is.

Overall, our experience was excellent! The only issue is my loved one doesn't always get her treatment.

This is a good place! The staff was pretty cool. One lady, in particular, was very nice. The facility was very clean.

Everyone here is wonderful, kind and I am just really impressed and appreciative of the staff members. The nurses here are good. They're excellent with their cleanliness! With his condition, it can be hard to tell whether he likes the meals or not. For me, when he tells me something is good I know it must have been really good. So I think he is enjoying the meals.

The room is very clean. It doesn’t have any odor. My loved one says that the therapists are very good. When I came in through the front door, I had to go find somebody to help. There are no signs telling you where to go. The one person I could find was friendly. Also, he was asking for more food and snacks and they said they didn't have any. He is not getting what he needs to eat. He called for someone to come, and after 45 minutes, nobody came. There is nobody communicating.

They stood up to the standards of what they described me. I appreciate the work that the staff provided for my mother and all elderly. The therapists made a great effort. The nurses did a good job. The staff was on top of everything. When I talked to them on the phone and visited, they were very polite. Everything was very clean and sanitary. There was no odor. It was a nice dining setup and everything. If they needed anything, they knew where to find me.

It is excellent. Everybody is so helpful. I would truly recommend this place to anyone! I have really enjoyed my stay. If I cannot be home, I want to be here. They put me through the ringer at therapy, and that was what I needed: excellent services! They have really taken care of me! The cleaning has been great. They have so many people cleaning. I'm surprised. The food is absolutely delicious. Right now, I am eating a shrimp dinner with rice, and there are so many shrimp in here I cannot count them. And the vegetables, oh my gosh... Everything is delicious.
