Horrible experience

I’m not recommending this facility due to the administrative attentiveness to the residents. That being said, they show up for work at their own leisure. Not good enough for me. Voicemails were rarely returned which really upsets me. The cleaning of the rooms is horrible. There were live ants all over by the baseboards. I had to get rid of them myself. Dressers and her bed table were never cleaned unless I did it myself. Laundry services will lose more clothes than they wash. Even with the name on them, they disappeared. They don’t follow Medicare guidelines for services rendered. Physical therapy is non existent and still being charged to Medicare. If you care about your loved one this probably isn’t the facility you want to choose.
