Our Caregivers and Management team work closely with families and medical professionals to implement care plans. When you engage the services of Assisting Hands® Home Care of Rancho Bernardo, you have a team of caring professionals which include a Registered Nurse, Staffing Coordinator, Account Manager and more….Our Caregivers have passed extensive background checks, drug testing and run through a national database for criminal checks and are bonded and insured. Many employees are Certified Professionals and are all trained in CPR and First Aid. Our service plans are customized to meet our client's needs including day-to-day activities such as: Personal Care, Grooming, Meal Preparation, Errands and Medication Reminders. We also work closely with Hospice providers, and can provide transferring, lifting, positioning, incontinent care. Services include 1-hour packages through 24-hour live-in care.
