The core team running Assisting Hands is terrific in communication, genuine concern for patient and their own employees. Their visits to patient is very much appreciated as is the journals left by caregivers. I have spoken at length with AH staff trying to figure out a better approach for my brother's care. They have terrific in trying to arrange a solution. Although AH is expensive- their services are good and i couldn't have helped my brother as much as was needed without them. We used them for over-night care. The caregivers would sleep during their shifts which was a problem and not helpful to us at all. Administration really tried hard with the scheduling. We had a couple instances where caregivers could not show up and they tried to accommodate and send someone new.
