Have been living here less than three years and have seen things deteriorate. The foundations are crumbling and when sweeping outside my door, the cement crumbles into tiny particles. Doors are not sealed to the point there are breezes coming in during winter and crawling bugs during the summer. Nothing has been done about either problem even when bringing it to apartment management. Promises are made but not carried out. The walls and ceilings have not been painted for a long time. They are dirty, have water stains in multiple rooms, numerous holes in both and the vinyl has holes and burn marks in entry way, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Tried to wash down walls and the paint started coming off so had to stop. The laundry room is not much better. By the looks of the mop hanging behind door, it has been a long time since it has seen any use. Only one dryer heats correctly so end up paying double to get all clothes dry. Hope no one will allow their loved ones to be subjected to this even if the rent is low. There are other options, just long waiting lists. It is very depressing to move into a "home" that is so poorly cared for and no way to make it better.

The apartments are not clean, need wall and ceiling paint, windows are dirty and everything is outdated. Seems like there is not a lot of upkeep done inside or out. The sidewalks have cracks and are crumbling apart which makes it unsafe for elderly or disabled people to safely walk around. There are no activities or devotional services at all. The Common Rooms are closed at 4 o'clock. Which includes the laundry rooms. Last load to be put in before 2 o'clock. No one is allowed to add flower pots or any decorative items to the front door are. Also nothing is allowed in the windows, not even blinds already installed. These are new rules as of May 2018. I would not recommend anyone rent an apartment.
