We have had people from this agency come to our home THREE TIMES looking for someone who doesn’t live here. We’ve told them each time that the woman does not live here but they keep coming back. If they are this incompetent in the care they give Heaven help their clients.

Ascent is the best home care agency in the area. [name removed], the owner, is very conscientious and [name removed], my caregiver, was the best!! She was extremely caring, competent and like a sister to me. [name removed] ,even accompanied me to a very scary medical test for support.

Very helpful, competent and friendly personnel. My mother was adamant about being discharged from rehab and staying in her home and Ascent has made that possible. She has been recovering from a compression fracture in her back for the past 6 months. They help her immensely ! They are flexible and we’ve been able to taper off the help somewhat as she has recovered. The owner is an RN and very knowledgeable and compassionate. They have been angels! My mom loves them! It has been very comforting for her children to know she has the help she needs.

They are really good, attentive and concerned about my wife's wellbeing. They are trained well. The billing is efficient and they send me my copies makes it hassle free. They will come and cook all 3 meals for my wife and do some chores around the house. They bathe and groom her. Will take her out if she is up for it on drives. They will go for walks she has a walker, helps my wife be a little more independant feeling. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I have no complaints about how things have been going for myself since I have been using this company. The staff have been helpful and on time to all of my appointments. I am pleased with the caregivers they send to my house and think they are doing a great job. Overall I am pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone interested.

Everything is fine since I have a caregiver coming to my house. She's very good with the help I need. She is always on time and very helpful. I picked this agency because they were the cheapest and the man I met with was very nice and I like they way he talked, he was professional and knowledgeable.
