[name removed] was so responsive and communicated right away by text, just as I had asked and we hit it off immediately. This isn't my first time hiring thru an agency for home care, but I am so grateful I found Apex! The owner is absolutely dedicated to making sure we have quality caregivers who treat their clients as though they are family. Such attention to detail and service has been incredibly hard to find, but I have found it with Apex and those who give their heart and energy to my Dad so that I can help another family member as well as get sleep and breaks.
