I wasn't too impressed, honestly. Have had much better luck with getting timely and compassionate care with other agencies; I don't feel this agency is that honest or straightforward. Siew, in particular, was extremely rude. She made me uncomfortable to not want to come back. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, there are much better out there!

I REALY found this organization to be very helpful. We did not go with them only because of the way the insurance is set up. Jeff is a great person to work with.

I think they did a good job. We did have to go through a couple of caregivers before we found the right one but I guess that's to be expected. They were doing basic in home care, not nursing care or anything like that. They did a little bit of everything (housekeeping, cooking, etc.). They were okay to work with.
