I hired this service to take care of my grandmother.Over the past 4 weekends they have only come 4 days. The 1st aid they sent us was always late, required help to change my grandmother, stared at her, made her uncomfortable,& embarrassed her by talking about her bowels loudly in front of her while family was in ear shot. When requesting a new aid,the owner assumed we didn’t want the service anymore & didn’t have anyone come.I had to contact her & she stated someone would be there Sunday.I assumed we’d be set but the following weekend nobody showed up.When asked, her excuse was the person wasn’t actually available. She said nobody was coming & she was sorry. We gave her another shot & touched base on Thursday for the upcoming coverage. She didn’t respond until Friday. She was checking the schedule & was waiting to hear back from one person.Nobody came for a second weekend in a row. When I hired her,I explained we needed someone reliable & then I reiterated communication between us was essential.
