[name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful to work with. This is a small agency, so had to wait for them to hire people to get the help. A couple of missteps with caregivers not showing up and had to drive out to my parents home at 10 pm on a few occasions to cover the shifts. Took a while, and still working on, caregivers filling out care time sheets appropriately and in a timely manner. They will always work it out though. One caregiver does not speak English, which makes it hard, but only one of the overnight caregivers, so limited talking needed. Daytime caregiver, although great with my father, could never help in taking him to appts for me as her car is very unsafe and not trustworthy.... Read more
