We are both still working and gone most of the day so we really needed the extra help.We had discussed using an assisted living facility but we couldnt really find one that we liked. So I made some calls and I eventually found [name removed] with Amada Senior Care. She assured me that they could provide the kind of quality care that we were looking for And , She was right. My mother loved the people that they had sent to us. They really paid attention to detail and she was comfortable up to the end . Amada was so wonderful to work with. The office girls were just the sweetest and very knowledgeable. I met the owner, [name removed], in person and she was very gracious and attentive to my family's needs. We ended up working with 2 caregivers because we needed longer morning and night shifts, and both were highly professional and very kind. I would recommend Amada Santa Rosa so anyone of my friends or family.

It was not a very good experience. They sent somebody different every Sunday. One day nobody showed up at all. They sent out the schedule from a person who didn't have their business name on his emails, so it kept going to my junk mail. It was just not a pleasant experience. There was one caregiver that we did like, but the owner was very threatening to me about not hiring her outside of their company, which I never even asked to do in the first place. They also basically told me that they specialize in staffing for care facilities, so I'm not sure why they were working with us for home care in the first place. It just was not a good fit.
