My experience with this agency was the absolute best. I have been through a few agencies with my mother after her stroke. After she became Covid-19 positive our regular aid was afraid to stay and abruptly give notice. I was desperate and stress. A friend recommended this agency, and it was the best. It took a couple of days to find someone willing to work with a Covid-19 positive patient. It was worth the wait. My mother aid was very knowledgeable and caring. She was never late and my mother was well cared for. She survived Covid-19 because of the care her aid gived. I am staying with this agency.

Response from All About You HomeCare Agency
December 26, 2020We are happy that you are pleased with our services!
I contacted AAY last Friday to arrange for someone to come to my house to provide companion care for my husband the following week. We agreed on one person to be at my house Monday morning. Long story short, Monday’s care giver was a no call no show. The CNA that they sent yesterday was good but was another no call no show this morning. The Program Director came to take care of my husband this morning even though she is allergic to cats and dogs (I was up front from the beginning and told everyone that we had multiple cats and dogs). She called me after a few hours and said that her allergies were too bad and had to leave but she would stay on my front porch and watch my husband from there until I could make other arrangements. The person that she had arranged to come tomorrow wasn’t answering her phone today either. I have no faith in this agency at all. I’m finished with them.

Response from All About You HomeCare Agency
December 15, 2020We apologize for this unfortunate situation. Although, we have countless of satisfied clients, we strive to meet each of our client's needs. So, it was also a disappointment to us that this occurred. The Program Director involved is no longer with the company and we have implemented additional preventative measures also.
