The overall experience has been good. This is my first time dealing with a rehab facility. I have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff towards my husband and myself.

I was there last week and for the most part, they were nice and attentive. He is on the end of the hallway and the patients go thru and take his things in his room. It is not very inviting when you first get there. It is odd. The staff is helping with keeping people out of his room but it has gotten worse. The nurses are nice and attentive. He does not have a pillow but they did give one to him after asking for a pillow. It is a very old and run-down place. It had an odor in the nursing home section or eldercare area. My brother says the food is good. They took him to the dining area.

It's good. Everything is fine, the only thing I want to know is if someone can tell my son how to take a shower. The staff is friendly all the time. The nursing care is good! The cleanliness is pretty good, the only thing it's too big. Every time I go in there, I get confused to get out. I think the meals are fine. I visit him every weekend and the nurses answer my questions.

It is a nice place and the staff pays attention to the people. My dad has not complained about the meals. They have talked to me when I was there with how my dad is doing.

They're very friendly. They don't speak English so I have not been able to communicate with them effectively. The nurses are very nice. They are a little bit slow to respond, but they are very nice. Overall, the cleanliness is fine. It's just the little things. The only comment that she has made is the breakfast is cold. The meals seem like they're fine. It's been really hard to get a callback or any information. Also having a welcome packet for the patient would be helpful.

I have been pleased with my therapy services and nursing care! The facility could be cleaner. Since I have arrived they have not been able to get my diet and meals according to what I need. We have asked them repeatedly even if they could just bring me the same three things that I know I could have every time. Communication outside of dietary needs has been great.

One aide was very personable. She talked to my mom like a family member. She gave her something to look forward to after rehab. There was a smell. The meals were not very tasty. Sometimes, I don't think there was enough staff.

We had something really neat happen at the facility. My loved one has experienced a swallowing problem her entire life. The speech therapist picked up on something and solved the problem. The aides are very kind. The physical therapist is excellent. He works so well with her and she really likes him. He is so cooperative. I find it clean! The overall atmosphere is very nice. There is no odor. I saw one of her meals and it was moist and looked fine. One of the nurses follows up well. I think they can use more support, especially when it comes to aides and LPNs.

My son was there ten years ago, and they took perfect and excellent care of him. When I went back to see about putting my husband there, I enjoyed it, and he likes it there. The nurses are excellent. It is very clean. It does not have a bad or urine smell. It smells nice. The admissions director has explained everything in detail. I really appreciate this.

The staff is all really great and helpful. There haven't been any issues. There's a weekend nurse who is great. The admissions administrator is fabulous. I am excellently informed because I'm there every day. They're definitely good at answering questions. I could see how if someone had a family that didn't come and check on them, that maybe they wouldn't get a lot of feedback, because they've never called me.

Overall, the facility is doing very well considering my father's situation. The therapists work him a lot, and that is one area that my father mentioned is good. It seems like the nurses are short staffed, but they do the best job they can. The meals are great. He really enjoys them.

My loved one has some good nurses on the weekend and he loves his three therapists. The nurses are real good with him. I met one aide who was real nice, but my loved one gets a real bad headache and he asks for Tylenol and they do not come back with the Tylenol. It is very clean. They are real good about keeping me informed.
