My Dad was here for 2 weeks in rehab. I was very happy with all of the staff form the Administrator, nurses, CNA's, maintence staff and cooks. They were very kind and caring as my father had many issues going in. They went out of thier way to make him comfortable and explain why he was there. I would recommend this place highly. He received lots of therapy and they were patient and yet pushed him hard.... Read more

Words from a parent themselves Aidan Post Acute and Rehabilitation/ Vivo Healthcare FT Pierce 700 S 29th st Fort Pierce, FL 34952. The only thing I can say that's good about this place is that the entire physical and occupational therapy staff were excellent, especially [name removed] and [name removed] . A few of the daytime nurses and CNAs were competent, but especially the afternoon and night staff not only did their jobs but seemed not to really care. Often the call bell wasn't answered for up to 45 mins or an hour. Many times requests had to be repeated multiple times before tasks were completed. Some staff gave attitude for simple requests. Many times I felt like I had to beg certain staff members to do their job. I made management know however, things fall on deaf ears. I even had my advocate step in and things got corrected some of them time. For example anytime I needed to be changed certain people were very rough with me knowing I have bandage wound and disregarded my cries. Many times

This is the most disgusting facility I have ever been in my life my husband was there for one month he had had sores all over him constant flies in the room he ended up getting sepsis they dislocated his femur bone in his knee replacement. They waited nine minutes before the ambulance got there when he went into cardiac arrest but then it was too late he was brain dead. They called me but of course they did not have the right contact number they were calling my husband instead thank goodness I called to check on him and I was on my way over there when they told me that he had heart failure. The food there was another disgusting matter you cannot even figure out what you were eating there. I had to wash him myself his face his hair shave him and do everything because nothing was really down there. If you want a loved one to die you could send them to this facility because that’s what will happen to them eventually. They would only give you a Kool-Aid to drink no soda or anything else.

Every time I come in to Abbiejean the staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help me. The facility is always clean and some of the best food I have eaten. If you need a rehab this is the place to be.

I love this place. Some of the best rehab I have ever seen. If you want great people taking care of your family, this is the place to be. I would not put my mother in any other nursing home out there. They are a 5 star place

Here at AbbieJean Russell Care Center they have about 16 residents and 4 staff members in the Memory Care Unit. Mom is very comfortable here and has adjusted well. Where she was before is like night and day, we wish we had only moved her here. There are lots of activities for the residents, they color, play games, do crafts. I was just invited for family night to come and decorate cupcakes with my mom. The people are all very nice, the director is very nice and caring. Abbiejean offers rehab services, assisted living, and now memory care. I would recommend Abbiejean to anybody.

A Place for Mom has scored Aidan Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
