This is by far the WORST agency I’ve ever experienced!! The people they were to sending to attend for my family member were horrible, they suffered some of the worst treatment ever. [name removed] are also the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with!! Normally when a client calls in with many concerns the manager will give a call back, they have never responded to any of my questions, concerns nor problems that was taken place! I wouldn’t leave an animal in the care of this agency!! They had two caregivers that were really good and that’s it. Everyone else and the office staff are HORRIBLE PEOPLE and should never be in the business of taking care is anyone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!! I’ve had to file a complaint as well. They are HORRIBLE I can’t stress this enough!! Don’t trust these ppl to take of your family members!!!
We do not recommend Age In Place home care service to anyone, they strung us along for weeks. There was no communication, we never met a single care taker and it was the worst experience we could of had.
