The agency was responsive, had excellent communication and always provided alternate caregivers if one of the "regular" scheduled person was not available. This consistency and reliability was what we needed. This agency was chosen because they responded to my call for assistance within hours and were professional and available with every interaction.

Affinity Home Care is better then any other service we have used or heard of, if we could give them 10 stars we would. With our crazy the world is now with health care and scheduling they make sure to keep in contact if something changes, and if someone is only able to show up for part of the shift - it is the most important part of the day where our loved one needs specific help with his needs. We love the APP system they have, it is similar to a patient portal where we can send messages, write down notes and check the schedule to see who is coming. They are very responsive to emails and call us for any concerns no matter how big or small. They also assisted with getting our loved one to and from his appointment which is close to an hour drive both ways. We just cannot say enough good things about them. They treat their patients with dignity and respect. -
