As of the end of June we will no longer be getting services through Addus Healthcare since they are going out of business which is definitely not a bad thing. They are very unprofessional and don't train their employees to use their time card system correctly and have over and under charged me on several occasions. I have tried discussing this with both the local office as well as the corporate and haven't gotten anywhere with this agency. It's been almost 3 months and the issue still hasn't been resolved. My caregiver on the other hand has been great to my Mom and we have actually decided to stay with her once she goes to a different agency. The issue is not with the caregiver but the agency itself. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive. I am starting to get the feeling they just don't care!
