Extremely rude and nasty office coordinator, [name removed] harasses her clients and tell care WORKERS terrible things about me before sending them...Insurance case manager instructed them to call HER and not me, they still call and I have anxiety issues and cannot relate to them. THEY DONT SEEM TO GET IT. Careworker also kept a few bags of things of mine in her car from storage , then didn't show up for 2 weeks and when she did return 1 item to the office of mine, [name removed] advised the same careworker would be back next Weds ???? Ridiculous and have never returned the item to me after 4 weeks...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted this service for my dad. I've been happy with the services offered. My dad has the help he needs. The staff that we have worked with are very responsive. I recommend this healthcare service as a viable option to help senior stay n their own homes.

I really, really like it. It's a wonderful facility. We use the day services here, and they are great! I don't have any concerns, complaints, or suggestions. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. It fits our needs perfectly.

Hearts of Gold Home Care allowed dad to remain in his home for as long as possible. The staff was very compassionate and available at all times. Dad's caregiver was respectful, comapssionate and helped us through some difficult times. I would highly recommend them to anyone who works and needs help caring for a parent.
The caretakers in general were very kind, helpful, did their jobs well. The administration did not have a system to report falls or any problems, and when we discovered bedbugs in the house, they took no action.
