We chose Addus Healthcare because there was only two choices in our area. Addus was the less expensive and they were more professional when we talked to them. We did have some small issues at the beginning trying to set everything up. But once everything was set up it is running great. The only other issue is that sometimes the care giver that comes over does not stay the entire hour because they finish what my loved one needed. I feel like if we pay for an hour the care giver should stay for the full hour whether everything is done or not. They could at least keep my loved one company for the remaining time. Overall it is pretty good and everything seems to be going fine.
